Welcome to the Upper Extremity Quiz!

Please make sure you read the following instructions thoroughly in order to understand what is expected from you.

To ensure that all functionality works we advise to do the quiz on a desktop or laptop computer.

Taking the Quiz

1. There are 50 questions in total for this quiz.
2. You have 50 minutes to complete the quiz. A timer will show you how much time is left.
3. Select an answer for every question. Unanswered questions will be scored as incorrect.
4. You can come across the following question types:
   • True/False: Click the radio button to indicate your choice.
   • Multiple Choice: Click the radio button to indicate your choice.
   • Multiple Correct: Click the check boxes to mark all answers that are correct. The amount of correct answers could be more than 1.
   • Match Answer: Drag the items to the appropriate field.
   • Sort Answers: Put the answers in the right order.
   • Dropdown Select: Select the correct answer in the dropdown menu.
   • Fill in the blank: Fill the blank spaces by entering a word or number.
5. Click on the Submit button at the top and bottom of the page to have your answers graded.
6. The Quiz will then be evaluated and you will see your score and correct and wrong answers. A message with your score will be sent to your dashboard as well.
7. The quiz results will be available in your Profile Courses -> Results section.
8. You may retake the quiz once. You can do this by clicking on “See results” –> Scroll down all the way –> Click on “Retake Quiz”

Checking Your Answers

1. Once the Quiz has been submitted you’ll see a button to check your quiz results. Click on the Check Quiz Results button at the top and bottom of the Quiz. This will take you to your profile Course section under the results tab to the Quiz results page.
2. You’ll see the marks besides each question and total marks at the end of the results page.
3. Each question is preceded by the word ‘correct’ or ‘incorrect’, and the answer you gave is shown.
4. The total quiz score is considered in the final course evaluation as well.

You will need an average of 70% correct answers at the end of the course in order to receive your certificate and achievement badge
